Cail has been in roofing for over 15 years with a vast knowledge of the industry. Cail grew up in Colorado Springs and is currently raising his three children within our community. Cail lives and practices his life as a strong Christian and brings those morals and compass to our company. In Cail’s free time, he enjoys many of the outdoor attractions with children that make our Colorado so wonderful.

Anthony Hughes
Vice President / Executive of Operations
Anthony served as an infantry soldier 11BH10 from 1988 to 1992. He learned that success stems from the development of connections while solving identified problems. He brings those values into every situation. Starting in construction at the age of 14, where he labored during summer break for his uncle’s company, he has been exposed to many construction trades. After hearing the horror stories homeowners share while dealing with roofers in southern Colorado he started to focus on roofing exclusively. He looks forward to finding a solution that solves your problems.

Cole Estes
Vice President / Executive of Finance
Cole Estes is a Colorado native and has lived his entire life on the front range. In high school, Cole joined the Army Corp of Engineers and served our country in Iraq and Afghanistan. Once upon returning from his deployments Cole began helping with his best friend’s family roofing company. When not working on roofing, Cole attended Colorado State University for his bachelor’s and the University of Northern Colorado. Cole enjoys spending time with his family in Pueblo West as well as hunting when the seasons open up.
